A sculpture in the shape of a wine cork splits in half to reveal a metallic space-ship like interior. Artist's statement: ‘Over the past three years in my work I have been investigating consumer’s everyday associations to the environment through mass-produced objects. I am fascinated by objects of ambiguous meaning and value; and the way consumer society influences our understanding and relationships.’
